R.I.P John Gerald Coakely

Yesterday room 7 went to Mr Coakley's dad's funeral. Mr Coakley's dad was really sick and passed away.

When I walked in the church it was big and very shiny and the window were beautiful.

When we were singing it was very good and the teachers loved it.

When we left Mr Hooker's driving was kind of bad. The brakes were noisy at the back, but we arrived back to school safely.

My Highlight about Swimming

My highlight about swimming on Thursday was learning how to float without kicking my legs. I learnt that if you know how to float then it is easy for you to swim in water.
I am excited to swim again in our portable swimming pool.

The Mary MacKillop’s show!!!!

Last term we went to a show called The Mary Mackillop Show. When we were walking into the hall we sat down on the seats. When we were watching the Mary Mackillop show it was kind of boring.

The show was kind of cool, I kind of enjoyed it with all the other classes and it would be a good show in New Zealand or for the whole wide world.

My favourite part was when a man had matches in a Penny box and that is why I liked The Mary Mackillop show.

My two sisters used to go to Mary Mackillop school and my brothers did too.
